The decision to hire Dawn was not based on any knowledge of her ability to create a great food experience but a positive professional work experience with Dawn in an unrelated industry. With short notice Dawn put together several great menu selections' for us to chose from. We made our selections for a sit down dinner for 18 family members in our home after our wedding ceremony. Dawn provided a personal chef service, every thing was, freshly prepared, delicious and well presented. Dawn gave us the option to have a server which was great to have, everything was served, cleaned up and put away with out us having to do a thing.
